Nucleus Health Centre has a story of evolution which perhaps makes it a unique medical facility among others. And the uniqueness is that it was born out of an urge to give medical care to its initial patients.

Nucleus was the brainchild of an association of senior general medical practitioners and specialists. They were serving the patients in Nadapuram with all that they can and yet when time of advanced care came, they had to refer their dear patients to far away facilities in town. Some facilities were as far as Manipal and the doctors were quite aggrieved to see their patients having to take such pains in getting quality treatment.

Today, Nucleus is not just for Nadapuram but happens to be a shining nucleus of health care for all patients across Kerala and beyond. Medical experts from various disciplines today exceeds 40 and makes it a multi-specialty healthcare provider. It has primarily four centres the main being Nadapuram campus, one in Perambra and another in Parakkadavu. Our Edacherry center is in development and our lab facility is so enormous that it can be called our fifth center.

Finally, around 2011-12, the senior doctors together gave life to an idea called Nucleus, which would operate as a centre for advanced medical care. The first stage of Nucleus was inaugurated in 2013. The founders left no stone unturned to rope in the best of medical talent and technology to Nadapuram and the Nucleus Centre kept on growing. Slowly, surgeries, post surgeries were provided, then laboratories, equipments and other facilities came in.

Nucleus apart from providing medical services is also actively contributing to the dissemination of medical education to the locality. It conducts BMS, CME for medical practitioners in the area giving exposure to renowned practitioners from around the globe.
